Car Wash Manage gives owners a private workspace for day-to-day business records, without an account or internet connection.

YOUR BUSINESS WORKSPACES
Manage queue, vehicles, passes, shifts, chemicals, payments, wash bays, suppliers, tasks & follow-ups. Add and edit records, search details, keep notes, and link related people and resources.

MONEY RECORDS
Create itemised invoices with quantity, rate, discounts and tax. Export PDF invoices, record full or partial payments, review balances, and keep an audit history of corrected payment records. Track expenses and view cash reports for a date range. Payments are recorded manually; this app does not charge customers or connect to a bank.

STOCK CONTROL
Record deliveries, usage and waste. Review available stock, reorder thresholds and transaction history.

BACKUP AND EXPORT
Export records as CSV. Save and restore complete backups with your business details and attached photos. Keep exported files private and retain a backup before changing devices.

PRIVATE, OFFLINE WORKSPACE
New installations start empty. Android record storage is encrypted using a device-held key. Photos remain in private app files. No ads, customer payment processing, staff cloud accounts or online bookings.
