About this app

Alrmo is the companion app for sites monitored with Alrmo. It puts your cameras, their alarms and your monitoring centre in your pocket.

ALARMS THE MOMENT THEY HAPPEN
When a camera at one of your sites sees a person or vehicle where there shouldn't be one, Alrmo's AI grades it in seconds and your phone is told straight away — with the frame the camera saw. Open the alarm to see exactly what happened and what the monitoring centre is doing about it: who is handling it, whether the police have been informed and the incident reference, and which keyholder is on their way.

TALK TO THE MONITORING CENTRE
Call the monitoring centre from any alarm or site with one tap. Calls go over the internet — no phone numbers to find, no call charges — and reach the operator handling your alarm first. When the monitoring centre needs you, your phone rings. Calls are recorded, so there is a full record of how every alarm was handled.

AUTOMATED ALARM CALLS
Switch them on and your phone rings for each new alarm and reads it out. Say "put me through" to speak to an operator straight away.

YOUR CAMERAS, LIVE
See every camera at every site, and open any of them for a live view from the recorder. Camera health checks flag a camera that has gone out of focus, frozen or been knocked, before it matters.

Switch alarm, call-update and camera-health notifications on or off for each phone.

An Alrmo account is required. Alrmo was previously called AEY Vision: your existing login still works. Accounts are created by your installer or monitoring centre — ask them for an invitation.
