Employee Timekeeping is an application specifically designed for employees of stores using the AFaDa management software. With just one touch, you record your shift's clock-in and clock-out times based on your actual GPS location at the store. No more paper timebooks, no need for fingerprint scanners, no more forgetting your shift start time.

EASY LOGIN
The store owner will create your account on AFaDa. You only need your shop code (6 digits) and your phone number. Enter the verification code sent by the store owner - that's it.

GPS-BASED TIMEKEEPING
- Standing at the store, press "Time In" at the beginning of your shift and "Time Out" at the end of your shift.

- The app automatically verifies your location using GPS.

- Automatically switches to high-precision positioning mode when needed.

- Supports overnight shifts and multiple shifts per day (Morning/Afternoon/Evening).

SMART REMINDERS
- Reminds you before your shift starts, so you don't have to worry about being late.

- Reminds you when your shift is almost over, so you don't forget to clock out.

- Notifications can be turned on/off at any time.

CLEAR WORK SCHEDULE
- View your work days for each shift in the month.

- Know in advance which shift you're working and which days you're off.

- Synchronizes instantly when the shop owner changes shifts.

TRANSPARENT ATTENDANCE HISTORY

SAFE AND PRIVACY
- GPS location is only recorded at the moment you clock in; it's not tracked in the background.
