Ratings and reviews

Not great. Everytime I go to upload a document, it immediately crashes when you click the button. It was bad enough, my phone automatically deleted the app off my phone. It is especially annoying when you use the web page instead and it constantly asks you to use the app or continue to web.

It's okay when it works but it's usually very slow and even hangs completely at times. This is especially true when uploading receipts. It often hangs and you don't know if your receipt was received or not. I'm an IT professional and I'd guess the problem lies on the server side rather than with the app itself, but the impact to the customer is still the same - not good.

App at first wouldn't let me log into it, despite my putting in correct info. However, it also wouldn't let me get a log in security code via email nor via text, so I was stuck emailing customer service to get help. Finally logged in the other day, but now, my app problems include: 1. logging me off repeatedly when I have not been active long. 2. Supposedly have all updates, yet my user interface doesn't look anything like displayed screens on Google Play. Thus, can't do anything on app!
