I uploaded receipts multiple times and every time it declined and I had to re upload. Now months after a transaction they said I had uploaded a receipt from 6 months ago. The problem is they shut down my account and I can't access the app. This use to be a good program but this past year is awful. I can't not access the app.

The application is easy to navigate, and uploading documents are easy to do once you figure it out. However, the time in which they take to process claims is not consistent. One week, it's 5 working days and the next week it's seven. It appears that the times that documents are actually uploaded are not accurately reflected on the application when looking for verification of dates of documents submitted for review. If there are any issues with the paperwork, the process starts over again.

The app won't let me log in. It has a "we're experiencing technical difficulties" error every time I've tried to log in over the last month. I have not been able to log into the app a single time since my employer swapped to AF. I have an account, the website works, but the app does not. Edit 1/29/23: Still does not work. All options which require internet (login, register, contact us) fail. The app hasn't been updated to work on current Android versions and therefore cannot connect to internet.
