When we Load money from "Al fardan exchange" they charge 10.50 AED for everytime. So this is very vad, if we load 5-10 times in a month so that mean 100+ aed we have to pay.. They should think about it. This is the reason they loss customer because of that.👎👎 i will recommended every of my friends don't used this card. Unless if they reduce the charge.

Hopeless card I don't recommend see my points very disappointed. 1. They charge Dhs 10 per each top up. 2. The card wifi failure is very high out of 10 wifi taping 1 will work most of the time I have to put the PW manually. 3. Don't trust the card to travel it would fail with no reason they need to improve even SMS massage not receiving just Email only

Tried loading the card through Aani payment. Amount was debited from my card. Never showed up in the funds in the card. customer care is like they need to start investigation and what not. pathetic card. pathetic service.
