Why do you need a separate app (that doesn't work!) to do the annual reading, why not the MVM app? It won't let me login, when I try to recover my password it says no account registered. When I try to register, it says that there is already an account registered with that information. We've wasted so much time with this, makes me want to go back to get my monthly bill in the mail!

One of the worst apps ever... Login problem: The E.ON application does NOT use MVM Next or other electricity providers' credentials. It is a separate system. First, you need to register with your email address, activate your new account through the verification email you receive, set up your basic identifiers and personal data, and only then can you start using the self-service meter reading feature.

Absolutely useless application with full of errors in the descriptions and manual. For instance, the registration requires 10-digit long 'Felhasználó azonosító', but it is only 8-digit long, and the other ID, called 'Vevő azonosító' is the 10-digit long. But does not work with neither.
