Ratings and reviews

Cloud Affairs has become almost unusable for the past week. Login barely works, and opening a single folder can take nearly 30 minutes. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable for an educational app. The website works fine, so fix your app instead of forcing users to deal with this mess. Take this issue seriously and resolve it urgently. Even 1 star is not enough to describe my frustration level.

I’m extremely frustrated with the onboarding process. Even after logging in with my email, the app forces me to provide a mobile number and pin code to create a profile before I can even see the interface. This is the 4th time I’ve tried using this app, and I end up uninstalling it every time because of these forced requirements. Please allow users to explore the app without demanding personal contact details immediately.

The app is not working for me for the past 5 days. It shows server error and doesn't open. I have emailed them abt the issue and still no action taken so far. I have a mains exam next week. I have taken yearly subscription. Wht's the use of subscribing if it cant provide help at the most crucial moment?? Such a waste of time and money. Plz fix the issue soon
