Consistently Bad Experience. I've been using the app for about 8 years now. The app lacks filtering through events, listening to calls and any data entry. I got over that because I could put an account on test easily. The updates that came at the end of 2024 makes the app nearly useless. The removal of the password field makes it so I can't place an account on test. I have to log in on a browser. The affiliated portal is decent. Strongly considering Rapid Response as a modern central station.

Has a lot of trouble with customer History, account information not being the right account. Have called and they still haven't fixed. Don't trust the account information to be right.

not working with Samsung Galaxy s7 worked for 8 months after new update to my phone its keep crashing and when I am able to log in I can't see everything on the page. hopefully you guys fix it .
