How It Works
ClearCloud AlertDesk works in conjunction with your organization's existing emergency and operational systems — including telephone systems, access control platforms, CAD dispatch software, and other alerting infrastructure. When an event occurs, your systems notify the ClearCloud AlertDesk platform, which instantly routes push notifications to the right people based on their group memberships and site subscriptions.
Your administrator manages users, groups, sites, and alert types through the ClearCloud AlertDesk web-based administration portal. No configuration is required in the app beyond logging in with the credentials provided by your administrator.

Service Requirements
ClearCloud AlertDesk is a private, subscription-based service provided exclusively by Affiliated ComNet as part of our suite of emergency alerting and communications solutions. This app requires an active ClearCloud AlertDesk service account. The app itself is free to download, but access to the platform requires a paid service agreement with Affiliated ComNet.
This app is not available for public self-service signup. Access is provisioned by Affiliated ComNet as part of a broader emergency communications engagement. If your organization is interested in ClearCloud AlertDesk, please contact Affiliated ComNet to discuss your requirements.

ClearCloud AlertDesk uses industry-standard encryption for all communications. Authentication tokens are stored securely in the Android keystore. No personal data is shared with third parties. All data is processed and stored in accordance with your organization's service agreement with Affiliated ComNet.
