UPDATED: I love just being able to monitor if I need to go mobile for an hour or two. This team is also very responsive and I love thag. [Patched:There is a bug in assigning tickets ]. I wish we could have more sort options and use our email templates in the app.

I only use the app when I absolutely have to. It takes so longer to load pages. It's faster to get my laptop out, wait for it to start up, sign in, open my browser and login the Accelo website. The app would be so useful if every action didn't take an age to load. Please hire someone who knows how to fix performance issues! I beg you!

Still needs work. The functionality of the app is still limited and the inability to log in really frustrating. 6 months on and functionally is better but the logging in is still hit and miss.
