Would be a good app if I could figure out how to log into it more than 3 times ever. It's completely unusable. You hit log in, which generates a 2FA request where you have to leave the app and got to PingID to authenticate, but when you then navigate back, it just creates a new authentication request in an endless loop. Worst coding I've ever encountered.

I find the field force services page easier to use. There are a lot of limitations and frustration I face trying to use the Agent Hub, but it is very useful for checking pended business and tracking my progress. It definitely has value, it just needs a few improvements, preferably inspired by the individuals for whom its use was intended.

Update: this issue was resolved, however the app does take a while to update new AP written. Every time I open this app and log in, it clears the username and password lines and stays on the log in page. I have a newer phone, so it should be compatible. If this issue is fixed, I will be more than happy to give a 5 star rating and excellent review. My DC tried to help me figure this out and we were both stuck.
