Dreadful booking tool. Both the App and the Browser are unreliable. Regularly logged out when you're ready to book a space. The tool hangs forever when you select the reserve button. I often receive a message that indicates I've successfully reserved a parking space to only receive a message later that day I'm on the waitlist.

Constant logouts, unable to connect, slow interface, buttons that are slow to respond which open new windows with close buttons directly under it, lack of signalling that a user input has actually registered, just generally not great. When slots open there are often long waits for the selection window to show up, although this has recently been improved, space preferences don't seem to work. The app has potential but right now the experience is poor.

Designed by kids and not by users. Terrible experience. It barely does what it is supposed to, pages take an eon to load, frequent errors, and I had to clear data/cache or else it won't even open to the home screen. Edited to add: the arrogance of a company that doesn't accept feedback from users of its software. Wow.
