Africa Link Cargo is the official client app for Africa Link Cargo Ltd. customers. Stay on top of every shipment from China to Rwanda and the DR Congo — anywhere, anytime, in English or French.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Track your packages from warehouse intake to final delivery, including container ETAs, port arrivals, border crossings and last-mile updates.

• See your full transaction history — transfers, supplier payments and cash advances — with the running balance after each entry.

• View live shipping rates, USD exchange rates and cash advance rates updated by our office.

• Download confirmed packing lists and freight invoices straight to your phone, ready to share or print.

• Submit load requests directly from the app: pick the warehouse packages you want loaded into the next container and add notes for our staff.

• Submit cash advance requests with amount and reason, and get approval or rejection notifications without phone calls.

• Switch between branches (Kigali, Bukavu and more) with a single tap, and contact the right support team via WhatsApp.

• Sign in securely with your phone number — no passwords, just a one-time code over WhatsApp.

This app is for existing Africa Link Cargo merchant clients. New accounts are created by our office. If you don't have an account yet, please contact us on WhatsApp via the support number on our website.
