-With Africall App, the recipients from Zimbabwe do not need to do anything to receive the call. They will receive it as a standard call.

I have been using this app for a while now with no issues at all. Suddenly, an update was done and i was logged out. I can't log in because i have forgotten my log in credentials. Tried customer services but their response is very poor. If i create a new account, do i get my credit that was in the old account back?

Great value for money when working well, however not good when one tries to discotinue an active call . I regularly ask the person on the other end to hang up first otherwise the call won't disconnect. I also regularly uninstall and reinstall the app especially when the connection drops and I can't hear the other person. If I don't then I continue to incur charges. On a positive note though, I have had money credited back onto my account a few times. Please fix these problems. Useful app

Been using the app for a while and now since the update, nothing works. You dial a number and nothing happens, just dead silence. Why fix something which is not broken. Terrible.
