I have been using this app for a while now with no issues at all. Suddenly, an update was done and i was logged out. I can't log in because i have forgotten my log in credentials. Tried customer services but their response is very poor. If i create a new account, do i get my credit that was in the old account back?

Been using the app for a while and now since the update, nothing works. You dial a number and nothing happens, just dead silence. Why fix something which is not broken. Terrible.

Money vanish on this App you got to be checking your balance. Now not being able to login. I am not sure if they are still in business. Very poorly managed. Can someone update the app.
