Ratings and reviews

Taking sports equipment, what a joke of an airline. They will only take sporting equipment subject to available space on the plane and will only inform you if they will take it when you arrive at check-in. Obviously the people who made this policy don't travel with sporting goods, clueless. So for example, after you paid for your ticket at check-in and your told sorry you can't take your sports equipment. What next? Go home with no refund or leave it there You travel to use it!

excess bags fee is high and you are only allowed one bag. not good for traveller from Europe or USA. flights are on time

poor performance. i input all your details and dates and i am always told that there are no flights available. sometimes 7 days or 15 days ahead. sometimes, a month. but i try to book on their website and there are flights always available..too bad..
