The AFS ticket system app allows you to use the functions of our desktop version on your smartphone or tablet.
The most important features are available in the AFS ticket system app, such as recording times, managing appointments and documenting events.
The app works perfectly with the desktop version and can optionally be linked to the AFS manager, for example to compare customer data and items or to create new contacts.
Various entries can be stored in the tickets, such as tasks, articles, images and much more.
Employees can also record times on the tickets, which makes it possible to see which tickets are currently being processed.
In the CRM tab, customers or dealers are displayed, among other things, which tickets can be assigned to. If there is a connection, these entries come directly from the AFS manager.
The calendar function shows you assigned tickets that have an appointment in a clear timeline.
