Ratings and reviews

An operation should be instantaneous. I shouldn't have to wait for ages to see my account credited. Nhar el mabrouk we will see Cryptocurrency being accepted by society so we don't have to use these outdated systems. I would've been happy with a 20 second delay, but it's been 1 hour without being able to confirm if I received the amount or not. What an inconvenience! Edit : it's been more than 2 days and I am still waiting for my payment. Seriously, I can't wait for decentralization.

Very poor app, only shows you your balance and transaction, you cannot control your card, or account, you cannot set limits, freeze the card, Please improve the app, and provide more options. We are in 2023.

I can't access to my account, I have to repeat the process many times, some time the access code doesn't work, and many other problems, you have to improve your app because it reflects your reputation.
