AgentiCrm for Android puts your sales CRM on the phone your team already makes calls from.
Calls are where deals are actually made, but the record of them rarely reaches the CRM. AgentiCrm closes that gap. It finds the call recordings your phone's dialer has already saved, works out which customer each one belongs to, and files it against that contact with the time, direction and duration of the call.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Work your pipeline — Contacts, Leads and Customers, each with search and filters by communication status, tags, assignee and sort order.
• Call or email anyone in one tap, straight from the list.
• Open a contact to see their details, notes and history.
• Edit a contact — name, job title, company, phone numbers, email addresses, tags, communication status, follow-up date and assignee.
• Move a contact between Lead, Contact and Customer as the deal progresses.
• Add notes against a contact, as a note, an email record or a WhatsApp record, and edit or delete the ones you wrote.
• Browse the recordings on your phone, filtered by incoming, outgoing, shared or unmatched, and play them back.
• File a recording against one or more contacts, so the call is on record in the CRM with its audio attached.
• Link an unknown number to an existing CRM contact, so future calls from it are recognised.
• Share an audio file into AgentiCrm from any other app to file it against a contact.
• Light and dark themes, following your phone's setting.
ABOUT PERMISSIONS
AgentiCrm never records calls. It only reads recordings your own phone or dialer app has already saved.
• Call log — matches a saved recording to the call it came from, so you see who it was with.
• Contacts — shows a caller's saved name instead of a bare number.
• Audio files — finds recordings in your phone's storage.
These are optional. The app works without them; you simply pick the contact yourself.
