AgentTask keeps your team's work in one place — tasks, projects, notes and the conversation around them — and adds an AI agent that actually knows your workspace.

PLAN YOUR DAY
Open to a home screen built around what you're doing now: recent items, your spaces, and a Day Deck you assemble yourself. Pull tasks into the deck to commit to them, and look back at the Day Log to see what actually moved.

TRACK WORK THE WAY YOUR TEAM ALREADY DOES
Organize work into spaces, then into projects and groups. Change a task's status, priority, assignee or project inline, without opening a form. Switch a task list to a board when you'd rather see lanes. Add subtasks, check them off, and open one to work on it like any other task.

KEEP THE CONTEXT WITH THE WORK
Comment on a task, read the full activity history, and attach the notes that explain the decision. Notes live alongside the tasks they belong to, not in a separate tool you forget to open.

ASK AGENT AI
Ask AI answers questions about your own workspace and can take work off your hands. It's scoped to your organization, so it reasons about your tasks, projects and notes — not a generic assistant that knows nothing about you. When the agent needs a decision it asks, and waits for your answer rather than guessing.
