Like the mower, hate the app. Mower does get stuck more often than it should. leaves patches of grass usually on 1 side of the no go zones, but otherwise does an average to above average job. Biggest issue is the Wi-Fi signal. the antenna on the device is either place wrong or just too small. so the signal is very weak even with a long-range Wi-Fi router. If the mower is more than 10 ft from the house connectivity issues begin. much further and you can't connect at all.

7-30-26 UPDATE! I've owned this product for about nine months, and it has become the most unreliable product I've ever purchased. I've spent months submitting logs, videos, screenshots, and working with support. The app frequently malfunctions, the mower gets stranded, misses sections of the lawn, and often requires manual intervention. I bought it to save time, but I now spend more time troubleshooting than mowing

The perimeter is terrible in this. The app can be very laggy at times, probably because it's not local like others are saying. And the lawn printing is very weak and disappointing, why not give us free form drawing!!! I'm stick with your basic shapes. It gives me so many notifications that I miss ones when it's stuck. I don't need to have a notification when it's returning to power, when it has returned to power. The more I use it, the more I wish I went with the Navimow
