Works well enough if you have the patience. I have a Luba 2 from 2 years ago and in general I've been pretty pleased with the app, but it hasn't been without struggle. Connection problems that were probably the most annoying have gotten a lot better in the latest version. Mapping an area and no-go zones is quite easy. Mapping and connecting adjacent map sections is not. I wish you could split an area after you map it. All in all, it gets the job done, but it hasn't improved much.

App Is Very Flexible. I've had a Luba 3 5000h for a few months. the robot and app are not without issues but get the job done. My rating is for the app. I wish it did some additional things and other things better, but it does well for what is needed. I've had no real connection issues. My half acre lawn is covered from the house by two Asus ZenWiFi_XT8 units that provide good connectivity to the mower at every extreme of the lot. I wish the live map feedback were local rather than server based.

app and device will get stuck in a loop of not being able to connect, robot refuses to switch Wi-Fi networks on its own even when multiple networks are saved to the device causing constant connection issues, and for some reason you're unable to control the robot by any means other than Bluetooth. you should allow manual control over internet connection otherwise if I get a notification that the robot is stuck and I'm not home I have no choice but to let it sit and die.
