GreenBook is a simple, bilingual customer and job tracker built for solo landscapers and small lawn-care operators. It keeps your customers, schedule, and daily work in one place — in English or Spanish — and works even when you are out at a job site with no signal.

Everything runs locally on your device first, so the app opens instantly and keeps working offline. When you connect a Google account, your data can sync to a Google Sheet that your family can also read and edit.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Track customers: name, phone, address, service type, preferred language, and notes.
- Book one-time and recurring jobs (weekly, every two weeks, monthly).
- Open the "Today & This Week" screen each morning to see the day's jobs as large, easy-to-read cards.
- Tap to call a customer, tap for directions, and tap to mark a job done.
- See overdue and upcoming work at a glance.

BILINGUAL BY DESIGN
- Switch between English and Spanish with one tap; your choice is remembered.
- Labels and buttons are translated at display time, so customer names, addresses, and notes are never altered.

WORKS OFFLINE, LOCAL-FIRST
- Your working copy lives on the device, so edits save instantly.
- If your session expires while online, the app tells you to sign in again and your local data stays safe.

IMPORT YOUR EXISTING LIST
- Load an existing customer list from a Google Sheet.
- The original spreadsheet is backed up before anything is written.
- Rows that import cleanly go straight in; rows that can't be read are listed for quick manual entry — the app does not guess or overwrite your data.

HONEST SYNC AND RESTORE
- Sync status is always shown: saved locally, syncing, synced, offline, or error.
- If a record changed both on your phone and in the Sheet, you choose which version to keep — nothing is merged silently.

EXPORT ANYTIME
- Export all your customers and jobs to CSV.

WHO IT'S FOR
Solo landscapers and family-run lawn-care businesses who want a lightweight tool for daily routing and customer records, without a heavy backend or complicated setup. You can use the app fully offline with sample data, then connect a Google account when you're ready.

GreenBook is intentionally simple: no online payments, no marketing campaigns. It focuses on the everyday work of tracking customers, booking jobs, and finishing the day's route.
