About this app

The Tango Reserve by AgilQuest Android app allows mobile workers to make workspace and conference room reservations using their phone rather than logging into a PC or waiting in line at a Kiosk. Employees of organizations using the Tango Reserve resource scheduling system can now make, check in to, and even cancel reservations while traveling, as long as they have Internet connectivity.

Using the latest geofencing technology, the device’s GPS notifies you when you are close to the office and asks, “Ready to check in now?” And when plans change, the app makes cancelling reservations easy and convenient to release space and drive utilization even higher.

Installation and configuration of Tango Reserve by AgilQuest is a prerequisite for using this app.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This feature may be turned off by disabling the "Use Location Based Check In" option under Settings. This action will disable check-in notifications from the app.

Ratings and reviews

Clunky UX & Complicated - If your company forces this terrible app on you know that the setup process is far from slick and will log you out to start again when it gets updated. The booking process is clunky and not much different to a Microsoft form. Avoid if you can!

Terrible. If your login times out, you have to force close the app before you can login. It should automatically route me to the login screen, if I have to sign in again. The app doesn't show you where your team is sitting. QR code scanning is buggy.

You cannot log in via the app, the "hamburger" button is missing so there are no other options but the log in screen. Please fox this, because the browser version works perfectly, but it would be nice to have an app
