🆘 SOS HELP — watch4help: the personal emergency button that lives on your smartwatch. A "signal4help" for the prevention of gender-based violence, a wrist-worn "panic button" for any emergency: with a tap on the dial or your voice, you can send your location and an alert to your chosen contacts, without using your phone. Born from the no_pAIn project, it is designed for those who want to feel safer every day: women, the elderly, single workers, and people at risk.

⌚ COMPATIBILITY AND CONNECTIVITY
• LTE Smartwatch (with SIM): Full functionality — SMS, Telegram, and phone calls are sent directly from the watch, wherever you are.
• Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Smartwatch (without SIM): Telegram and phone calls still work, using the connection that every non-cellular watch has with its paired smartphone (and Wi-Fi for Telegram). In this case, the only function not available is SMS, which requires a SIM. This makes the app useful both at home or in the office (Wi-Fi) and on the go (LTE).

🆘 FOUR WAYS TO ASK FOR HELP
1) Voice: Say "help me" — offline voice recognition, on the device, even when the screen is off.
2) SEND button: Tap it on the app face to send immediately.
3) "Hey Google, take action": via Google Assistant.
4) SOS complication on the watch face: Launch the emergency with a single tap, without even opening the app.

⚙️ HOW TO ACTIVATE THE SOS COMPLICATION
Press and hold the watch face → tap "Customize"/"Edit" → select a complication slot → choose "SOS HELP" from the list. You'll find two options: "SOS" (launches the emergency with one tap) and "Open" (opens the app). Place them wherever you like and have SOS always at your fingertips.

📍 WHAT HAPPENS IN AN EMERGENCY
Depending on your toggles:
• Telegram with real-time GPS geolocation ("live location"), updated for up to 60 minutes
• SMS with your location and a link to Google Maps
• Automatic call to your contacts
To end the live location sooner, use "Stop sending" from the notification.

⏱️ QUICK CANCEL (AVOID FALSE ALARMS)
When the alert is triggered by voice or complication, you have 3 seconds to cancel it: tap "CANCEL" or say "cancel." The SEND button, however, sends immediately.

✍️ HOW TO SET IT UP (EASY)
• Set your name: it will appear in alert messages.
• Add 1-2 Telegram recipients: Enter the number and tap "Get Chat ID" (the app sends an SMS with a link to the bot you can tap), or paste the Chat ID directly.
• Add 1-2 numbers for SMS and calls.
• Enable or disable Telegram, SMS, and Calls as you prefer.
A status dot (green = listening, blue = paused, red = inactive) tells you if the voice is active; the button lets you pause or unpause listening.

📱 PHONE AND TABLET APP (free)
In addition to the watch app, a free smartphone and tablet app is available with a complete and illustrated user manual (in Italian and English) and a command to install SOS HELP directly on your smartwatch with one tap. The watch app remains autonomous: it works on its own, without requiring a phone.

🔒 PRIVACY FIRST
• Your data (name, contacts, Chat ID) stays only on your watch: no servers, no tracking, no advertising.
• No health data or audio recording: the microphone is only used to recognize "help me" on the device.
• Your location is only sent during an emergency, to contacts you choose.

🔋 RELIABILITY
Exempt battery optimization and, on Galaxy Watch, enable "Allow background activity" from Galaxy Wearable (on your phone). After restarting the watch, open the app once to reactivate "help me."

⚠️ SOS HELP is a personal assistance tool and does NOT replace official emergency services (112/118/113). In case of real danger, always contact emergency services. Verify the configuration periodically with a test.
