AI Help You — Hands-free location messages & calls to your trusted contacts
AI Help You lets you reach the people you trust with a single tap or a voice command, completely hands-free. Set it up once, and whenever you trigger it the app sends your current location to your chosen contacts by SMS, Telegram, and/or an automatic phone call — without touching or unlocking your phone. When you activate an alert (button or voice command), AI Help You automatically sends an SMS containing your real-time GPS coordinates and a Google Maps link to the trusted contacts you selected; it can also send a Telegram message and start a call.
It is useful in everyday situations when you can't handle your phone normally and any time you need to quickly alert your trusted contacts and let them know where you are.
Configure your personalized communication setup just once. The app runs efficiently in the background, even when the screen is off. When a trigger is detected, it automatically carries out your pre-selected actions — SMS, Telegram message, and/or phone call — each carrying your real-time GPS coordinates, the closest street address, and a direct Google Maps link. You stay in full control: enable one, two, or all three actions at the same time. The SMS is sent automatically to the phone numbers you chose when an alert is triggered, so your trusted contacts receive an immediate text with your location and map link.
Activation modes:
Voice command — say one of your keywords (up to 3 custom phrases, plus a built-in keyword per language). On-device keyword detection starts the communication sequence.
On-screen button — a single tap on the main screen triggers the exact same workflow.
Wear OS smartwatch companion (optional) — extend the hands-free experience to your wrist. Pair AI Help You with its companion app for Wear OS to launch the communication directly from your watch, by voice, a button tap, or a watch-face complication, even when the phone app is closed.
Delivery channels:
SMS — sends GPS coordinates, street address and a Google Maps link to your contacts. The SMS permission is used only for this: to message the contacts you choose. An SMS is always one of the available channels you can enable so trusted contacts receive an immediate text message with your location when an alert is activated.
Telegram — the same location data plus a live-location link (1 min to 24 h, 30 min default) via @sincope_bot, no external registration.
Phone call — automatically dials your pre-set numbers so you can talk.
Configuration:
Up to 2 phone numbers for SMS and calls.
Up to 2 Telegram Chat IDs.
Up to 3 custom voice keywords.
Voice keyword detection in 12 languages: English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Greek and Swedish.
Privacy first:
All settings and personal data stay strictly on your device. No accounts, no registration, no analytics, no proprietary servers. Your location is accessed and transmitted only at the exact moment you trigger an action, and sent directly to the contacts you chose. The only optional external services are Telegram and the Google Maps API; we never store your data.

An intuitive step-by-step onboarding wizard guides you through the necessary permissions and setup in just a few minutes. It includes dedicated battery-optimization guidelines ensuring stable and reliable background operation.
What AI Help You is and is not:
AI Help You is a hands-free communication and location-sharing tool for people who want to message or call the contacts they trust without physically handling their phone — for example to let them know where you are. It works only on triggers you define and reaches only the contacts you set up. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT collect, process or transmit any health, medical or fitness data (no vital signs, heart rate or diagnoses). It does NOT contact public emergency services and is not a replacement for them.
