Agrani Bank Limited introducing Online Account Open using Mobile APP in which a customer can open his/her account from anywhere in any time within a very short time. An account can be opened using NID and limited number of information.

Account Opener or Customer On-boarding Journey
1. Customer can search and download an Agrani Account Opening APK from play store using internet. The APK will be downloading in mobile and after clicking install the APK could be installed in mobile.
2. After installation of the Agrani Account Opening APK some permission is required which is ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, CAMERA/MEDIA PERMISSION, STORAGE PERMISSION, INTERNET/NETWORK ACCESS PERMISSION. After accepting all permission the APP will install and an ICON will shown in mobile.
3. Customer can see the guideline of account opening and which documents will require for account opening and select a BANGLA, ENGLISH language for using the app in mobile. Customer can see 5 steps circle coded identification markup in above of the apps.
4. Verification of mobile number will be done through one time password (OTP). And if the number exists for a savings account in Agrani Bank the APP will be notified that an account is exists with this number and customer will not go further steps.
5. Customer’s data fetch from EC’s NID verification system at the time of application through NID OCR using NID number and Date of Birth (DOB). Customer can see full information in a page and will provide FATHER, MOTHER, SPOUSE, GENDER in English character.
6. Customer will be able to complete nominee information, account preference, branch selection, email id, source of fund, and occupation using smooth drop down option. After providing all information customer will be able to view all information in a page and check I Agree option and click confirm.
7. After confirmation from customer end, customer will receive an Agrani Bank 13 digit account number through SMS and receive a PDF file with necessary instruction in the storage of mobile device.
8. Customer can easily CREDIT money in this account but cannot do any type of DEBIT operation from this account until HE/SHE visit to the selected branch.
9. eKYC will be done in branch end with customer’s presence using customer’s finger with EC and customer will apply an application for withdrawing DEBIT restriction within a range (3 Months) after opening an account through mobile device.
10. Customer can chose ATM card issue option and over the counter checkbox option while opening an account. Branch user will check and debit necessary charge from the account and a request will be made from branch portal.
11. Branch can withdraw DEBIT restriction and issue check book, MICR or other banking operation.
12. Customer will be facilitating all banking operation as a normal customer after validation of eKYC and do necessary task from branch end. SMS, Debit Card, Other charge will be applicable as a normal customer.
