Very disappointing experience with the AgriBegri app. The app is not working properly, and my order was handled very poorly. I ordered 2 quantities of FMC Affuron herbicide, but I received only 1 quantity. I contacted customer care and they registered my complaint, but no proper response was provided. When I called again, I was assured that my issue would be resolved before 3:00 PM on the same day, but nothing happened. Now, the customer care number is not even working. Poor Customer support.

Don't buy any product from this app as they are cheating with the customer and also the customer support is pathetic. I ordered a Revus Fungicide which is about to expire on Oct'26 (within 3 months) and in the app there is no option for return/refund you have to called the customer care but they also not taking any complaint they are telling that seller have no latest stock(then why they are taking the orders from customer?)and they are saying that the product can be used after the expiry date.

order was placed on 4th June and it was expected to be delivered on 10th to 15th June it is not delivered yet, tried contacting delivery support and this app customer support but still the problem not resolved after paying full amount and not receiving the product is the worst kind of responce. I don't know whom to contact. so I rate only one star. Not relaible
