I ordered Tarpaulin last month and did the payment as well (not COD). It was said that I will be getting it in a week. The status was showing as PACKED even after 5 days. Only after calling them I got to know that they don't have stock and they will be refunding the amount I paid. on the same day I am getting a msg about the same product with an increase in price. I think it's always good to rely on most established online platforms than these. absolutely no ethics.

This is my 2nd Review,1st review was negative review as the order was delayed by 20 days after lots of follow up finally order was delivered late, after that I got lot of calls from there customer support team asked me to delete the review as it was 1st time delayed due to some delivery partner issue they promised me will not repeat again and I also deleted that review,now again placed the order which is still not delivered after 11days also very worst and pathetic service.
