customer care is not bothered. everything went smoothly, except the delivered product was missing a crucial component. despite repeated reminders and calls, 30 days later and I still haven't Received the missing part. the device lies unused. I even offered to pay for shipping the missing part, but they told me to search locally, if this device was available locally, I would not have purchased it online. it's like they just don't care.
