Pixlign is a minimalist block-stacking game that is easy to pick up and impossible to put down. A colourful block slides across the top of the screen. Tap once to drop it. It falls and lands on your growing tower but only the part that overlaps the block below survives. Overshoot and your tower shrinks. Miss completely and the game is over. One tap, permanent consequences.
The controls could not be simpler. Watch the block slide back and forth, tap anywhere on the screen to release it, and see where it lands. Every block you place makes the next one a little faster, so the game gets progressively harder the better you do. Precision and nerve are the only skills you need.
Before each game you can choose your difficulty. Easy starts at a forgiving pace and is ideal for new players. Medium raises the speed and tightens the margins for a more demanding challenge. Hard launches blocks at a blistering speed that tests even the sharpest reflexes. On Hard, a twenty-block tower has blocks moving so fast that a single moment of hesitation ends your run.
Your score is based on the total height of your stack, which means perfect centre drops are always rewarded. A wider stack gives you a bigger target for the next block, so accuracy compounds over time. Your personal best is saved on your device and displayed on the main menu every time you open the game, giving you something to chase with every session.
