Report: Practicality in the field, efficiency in reporting

Report was created to make life easier for field technicians when preparing technical visit reports. With it, you can generate complete reports through the automatic transcription of audio recordings in real time, without missing any details.

You can also insert photos to illustrate the points observed, making the report more visual and informative.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use: as soon as you start the visit, you can create “points” to better organize your observations. For example:
📍 Point 1 – Batch of primiparous animals
At this point, you record everything you observed. When you change environments (for example, to the batch of multiparous animals), simply create a new point. This ensures a logical and organized structure in the final report.
And if you remember something important during the visit, you can freely reorder the audios and photos to ensure that everything is well organized.
At the end of the visit, the report will be generated automatically. All audio recordings will be transcribed and inserted in an editable format (.docx), along with the photos, respecting the same order in which they were recorded.
