Ag-drive is an ‘all in one’ app for agricultural contractors and farmers to eliminate the paperwork for your farm business. Ag-drive has been designed to streamline the process of recording jobs right through to invoicing with common accounting software, such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks.

Ag-drive provides a truly paperless system making every business accountable and traceable for what they do, whilst improving invoicing efficiency, cashflow and profits for your farm business. Ag-drive can also benefit other industries such as haulage and plant hire businesses.

Key features

• Telematic job recording – Send jobs directly to your operators and be notified of when the operators have travelled to the job, started and finished the job whilst, also been able to view live location of in-progress jobs. Multiple operators can also work on the same job (Team jobs)

• Fully customisable job operations – set each job operation for your individual needs. You can also add photographs, directions (via pin drop) and job instructions when scheduling a job.

• Product lists – Can be added to jobs such as silage wrap, fuel, chemical, seed and fertiliser etc.

• Unique farm/contractor relationship – Ag-drive farm users can send jobs to their contactors through the app, so job instructions are black and white. Full traceability for the farmer as he can view the job as its happening.

• Field mapping – Map fields through the app and import fields from shape file formats. Information such as crop, variety and year information can also be included.

• Timesheets – No excuses for late, illegible or incorrect timesheets! Operators can enter timesheet details through the app in a matter of seconds.

• Health and safety – Risk assessments can be attached to each individual job.

• Vehicle maintenance and pre-start checks

• Invoicing – Invoices can be generated through Ag-drive itself for every jobs recorded. Ag-drive also fully integrates with Xero, Sage online & Quickbooks. PDF job reports can also be attached.

• Works offline – In no signal, the job will still be recorded and updated to the cloud once in signal or Wi-Fi.
