The fpoho appka application

A modern application for using electronic employee benefits from the Slovak company DOXX - Food stamps.
• The application is intended for holders of a physical fpoho Card and for users of fpoho tickets and vouchers.
• After downloading and activating the application, the mobile phone becomes a virtual fpoho Card, with the same parameters as a physical fpoho Card.
• Both the physical fpoho Card and the application can be used at any time.
• The application is used for active payments, searching for operations of all fpoho products and checking balances of electronic benefits.
• The application is free.

How to start using fpoho appka

• Step 1: Download the "fpoho appka" application to your Android mobile
• Step 2: In the accompanying letter to the fpoho Card, or in the cardholder's online account https://fpoho.sk/#drzitel-karty a unique activation code and PIN for the application is available.
• Step 3: Enter the activation code in the open mobile application.
• Step 4: Enter the PIN code.
• Step 5a: Now you can conveniently pay directly with your mobile phone (Android with NFC) at any time
• Step 5b: Now you can check your fpoho Card balances at any time (Android without NFC)
The minimum Android version to run the application is 6 (Marshmallow).
The application requires an active NFC function for active payments.
The application does not require NFC functionality to passively check balances.

• The fpoho card is the carrier of all modern electronic benefits from the DOXX company - Meal tickets: eFood vouchers, eBenefit vouchers and Recreation vouchers.
• A free online account is available for managing and checking the fpoho Card on the website https://fpoho.sk/#drzitel-karty with options: current balance and validity of electronic products, overview of payments and transactions, possibility to change PIN, block card, set up e-mail notification, transfer between cards and more.
• An e-mail notification is sent to the holder about movements on the fpoho Card, when it is set up via the card's online account.
• When using the POS terminal, it recognizes whether the cardholder is paying for food or for other products and services.
