Half marks because although I was able to book using the app, it doesn't show how much is remaining on my gift card and charging a booking fee to use your app instead of having to pay staff is just insane. Message received, I will not buy tickets online anymore, you clearly don't want customers doing that way.

Thanks for your feedback, Chris! We’re working on adding Gift Card balances to the member profile area (it does show once added to a booking). Like many platforms, booking fees apply online, but you can buy in cinema without a fee. Online booking gives seat choice, queue skipping & extra Cinebuzz points. Hope to see you again!

Doesn't allow me to add my voucher code when booking online. absolute joke of an app. And don't say use the i have a voucher button as it says added but won't allow you to move to the next step it keeps throwing up error codes. updated app to latest and still issue.

Something buggy, passed bank verification, yet still loading forever. All it says is Please wait, yet for 10+minutes now. Couldn't even buy 3 tickets
