I feel very bad please solve this sultan mehmed ep 64 not working And even after that nothing is working, it is showing unavailable video. What drama please solve it all the fun has been spoiled

Assalam O Alaikum. No doubt it's a very good app through which I am watching all series since long. Today I tried to open Mehmet Fateh Bolum 69, the subtitles found in English whereas the notification was received, there was mentioned that the subtitles were in Urdu. Please make subtitles in Urdu do that every person could watch and understand. Thank you.

I just subscribe but when I try to download it's giving error that I am not connected to internet...but I am able to see without add ... please fix this to avoid wasting time on add I purchase for download & stream but if it's not working any of option worthless for me thanks
