App can't run the transcription and summary in the background. even the screen turning off seems to stop the processing. which means leaving your phone unlocked and on this app for a really long time to have it work. I was hoping it'd run the transcription and summary in the background and just have a notification when they're ready. even for free (with purchase of recorder) it's too slow and needing to keep the app open and phone unlocked is a big pain in practice.

I am unable to pair the recorder to the app. I used it a few times and then when I tried to use it again to make a recording all my previous data was gone! The app keeps giving me an error message and refuses to pair the recorder. The device is now rendered useless and I cannot get any technical support from the company. Completely wasted my money and lost all my work!

Not sure why the recording stops by itself after 15-17 min. I did not touch the device and it stopped. Thankfully I had a back up and I fully recorded 68 min. The summary is too brief sometimes. I'll give it a go but starting to be dubious. First year of use is apparently FOC but I don't mind paying extra annually if the app is good. I hope the issue with stopped recording can be resolved
