Downloaded it to try it and couldn't use it. I got an error stating something about a quota and billing. The description of the app contains no indication that it is a paid app. This is extremely disappointing.

It was stupid I spent a bunch of time adding ingredients just for it to tell me I've exceeded quota and to check my billing plan which I couldn't even find if you're going to make me pay for it at least tell me AT THE START of me using it

Doesn't work. Can't add any ingredients!
