Terrible experience. Had a visit at a specialist and was required to show my ecard. Opened the app to learn that an update is required. When I click on 'update', Google Play store is returning an error. The app did not reappear in the store until later in the afternoon. Biometric login does not work. Update 9/4/24: log in not working. Despite updating the password many times, authentication failed. I wasted 15 minutes trying to make it work and was late for my appointment. Don't bother.

I suggest the technical team read the critical reviews, and get your friends and family to try your app. Slow. Asks for GPS when it is already allowed and on. No "internet connection" when there clearly is - and you get stuck at that page! Very very slow, either your server is lousy or you have the most inefficient programming logic...

Update as of August 2024: App still takes very long to load panel clinics.. Kept asking for OTP everytime you press an action which is incredibly frustrating.. Enabled Biometrics but the app never remembers it and always asks you to key in your password. Sigh. Previous review: Loads too slow, bad UI, can't even see all clinics at once, have to keep pressing "load more" every 5 clinics shown... Extremely user unfriendly. Ironically, the version before the update was way better... Please fix...
