They manage to make login more annoying than a bank. Fingerprint ain't working. Impossible to save password in google keychain so you need to input every time. Of course you're not using your insurance daily so who would remember password. Last they send otp for every login. Good job at being annoying, we'd ask you to, you wouldn't do as good. The cherry top, they ask you to review marketing consent on homepage as if your health depend on it. Freaking marketing BS.. same

Tried to log in about 6-7times today to no success and my patience is running low. OTP entered correctly for all times and error message came up "Network Error". Reinstalled once and the error still persist even with good wifii and 5g. I got to feedback to my HR and gather other feedbacks from other staff too, and show external users feedback. AIA doesn't seem to take feedbacks seriously. I don't see a reason why my company should have the employees insured by AIA in the future.

Can't open gallery to upload file, keep flashing none stop...update, still having same issues after re-install the app
