PDFForge Merge & Split is a focused offline PDF utility for organizing document pages without an account. Choose files with Android's system picker, review page counts, and create a new PDF in the location you control.

MERGE PDF FILES IN ORDER
Add two or more PDF files, move each file up or down, and combine every page into one output. The selected order is visible before processing begins.

SPLIT OR EXTRACT PDF PAGES
Keep only the pages you need with clear ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-10. Ranges are validated against the real page count, and duplicate pages are included only once.

REORDER EVERY PAGE
Create a new sequence without changing the source. For a five-page document, entering 5, 1-4 moves the final page to the front. PDFForge verifies that every page appears exactly once.

LOCAL OUTPUT HISTORY
Open or share PDFs created by the app from a private recent-output list. Only the output name, URI, page count, size, and time are saved locally.

BUILT FOR ANDROID PRIVACY
PDFForge uses the system file picker and does not request broad storage access. Core PDF processing runs on your device. Network access is used by the advertising SDK, not to upload your documents.

REAL QA DEMOS
Each main tool includes a safe demo that generates actual local PDFs, processes their pages, and creates a real output. It is useful for learning the workflow without selecting personal documents.

IMPORTANT LIMITS
PDF pages are rendered locally into the new document for dependable compatibility. Standard quality is faster; High quality is sharper and uses more memory. Password-protected, damaged, extremely large, or unsupported PDFs may not open. PDFForge does not claim OCR, compression, signatures, annotation, password removal, scanning, or Office conversion.
