You record the canceled shift, the system escalates through configurable levels, and notifies suitable employees via push notification. The first person to accept takes over. HOW IT WORKS

- Create a shift cancellation: Record the time, location, and required qualifications in seconds.

- Automatic escalation: Several levels run automatically, from your own location to other locations and on-call availability. You define the rules once, and the system handles them.

- Push notifications to the right people: Only those who are truly suitable are contacted, filtered by qualifications, location hierarchy, and availability.

- One-click takeover: Suitable employees see the open shift directly in the app and can either take it or indicate their availability.

- Fully documented: Who was contacted when, and how they responded. The entire process is traceable and auditable.
