About this game

Thunee, the way it is actually played.

Four players, two teams, twenty-four cards. The Jack is the highest card in the game and
the Nine is second - the Ace is only third, which is the thing every new player gets wrong.

THE CALL IS NOT A TARGET
Thunee's auction runs backwards. The number you call is spotted to the other side as a
head start, and the right to name trump is what you get for it. Call 40 and your opponents
need only 65 more. Calling higher makes the hand harder for you, not easier.

SET TRUMP FACE DOWN
The high caller places one card face down. Its suit is trump and nobody knows it - not even
their partner - until the first card is led.

THE DECLARATIONS
Show a jodhi to move the target. Claim a Thunee for all six hands. Call a Khanaak and say
the other side will finish below zero.

PLAY AGAINST THE FAMILY
Your opponents are Uncle Rajen, Baby Aunty, Tony Mamoo and the rest, and they each play
differently - one over-calls when rattled, one says nothing and quietly takes your points.

- Full ruleset, sourced and documented, not a guess
- Play offline, no account, no ads
- Your match is saved between rounds

First to twelve balls.
