1. 提報功能更新，新增兩種素材獲取方式：
a. (LIVE)可從快速存證功能，選取快速庫內的素材
b. (本地)可以從本地相簿選取素材
2. 新增快速存證功能
a. 只需填寫地點資訊便可進行拍照，此拍照等同於即時拍照，水印上將標示為LIVE，並儲存於快速庫
b. 提報時將可選擇拍攝過的素材(快速庫內容)完成事件回報
3. 新增APP快捷操作，長按APP icon可操作：
a. 個人大小事
b. 快速存證
4. 下拉選單內，選項可能重複顯示的問題修正
5. 其他臭蟲優化處理
