About this app

A voter-roll PDF or an Excel list goes in. Printable voter slips — मतदाता पर्ची — come out.

VoterSlip Generator is a working tool for candidates, booth agents, party workers and campaign teams who have to put a slip in every voter's hand before polling day. Open the electoral-roll PDF you already downloaded from your state CEO's portal — or a spreadsheet you already maintain — and the app lays out ready-to-cut slips in the standard booth format, two to a page, with your candidate banner across the top.

WHAT LANDS ON EVERY SLIP

Voter name, relation's name, EPIC number, age and sex, house number, serial number, part/booth number, polling station address, and the poll date and timing — under your election name and candidate banner, which you enter once and the app applies to the whole run.

BUILT FOR INDIAN ROLLS

Many voter-roll PDFs carry broken embedded fonts: the page looks right, but copy, search and ordinary PDF tools return garbage. This app rebuilds the correct mapping from the glyph shapes themselves, so the names come out as real text. Devanagari and Gujarati are shaped properly too — matras and conjuncts sit where they belong instead of sliding a letter to the left, which is where most converters fall apart.

Dedicated pipelines for Marathi, Gujarati and Rajasthan rolls. Scanned rolls from any state are read with OCR, verified so far against real pages in Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.

Free to install. No subscription, no licence fee, nothing to pay before you see the output. Top up a wallet and pay by the job:

You are charged only when a job finishes successfully — a job that fails is credited straight back to your wallet, no request needed. A wallet holds at most ₹5,000, and unused balance above ₹10 can be returned to the payment method it came from.

YOUR VOTER DATA STAYS YOURS

Reading the roll, matching the fields and generating the slips all happen on your device. Voter records are not uploaded to us and are never sold, shared or used to build any list of our own. The app keeps an encrypted working copy on the device while a job runs and clears it automatically. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Election Commission of India, any State Chief Electoral Officer, or any government body. It does not supply, host or sell voter lists, voter data or any electoral database — you bring a roll you have obtained lawfully from the official source, and you remain responsible for using it in line with the law and the terms it was published under.
