HearMe helps you hear the world around you through wired or Bluetooth earphones — with a simple, clear interface designed for everyday use.

Turn on HearMe, plug in or connect your earphones, and tap Start. Environmental sound is passed through to your ears in real time, with adjustable volume and optional noise filtering.

“I’M SPEAKING” BUTTON

When you are talking, press and hold the “I’m speaking” button. HearMe temporarily reduces passthrough so you are less likely to hear your own voice as an echo in your earphones. Release the button to listen again.

ENVIRONMENTAL SOUND FILTERS

Choose which background sounds you want to soften and how strong the effect should be. Filters are optional and can be adjusted per category.

PRIVACY

Audio is processed on your device for live passthrough. HearMe is not designed to record or upload your conversations to external servers.

Requirements: wired or Bluetooth earphones, microphone permission, and a compatible Android device.
