About this app

Nítida is the field app for cleaning teams. If your company runs on Nítida, this is where your work lives: the jobs you're assigned, what each one needs, and everything you have to record before you leave.

YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
• Every job you're assigned, in the order you'll work them
• The property address, with directions one tap away
• The arrival window the customer was given, so you both expect the same thing

GET IN WITHOUT CALLING ANYONE
• Access details for each door — gate code, lockbox, who lets you in
• Codes are encrypted and only appear on the job they belong to
• Notes from the office, the customer and the property, gathered in one place

WORK THE CHECKLIST
• Room-by-room tasks, exactly as your company wrote them
• Tick items off as you go
• Shown in your language when your company publishes one

CLOSE THE JOB PROPERLY
• Photo and video proof, with the minimum your company asks for
• Report a problem on the spot — damage, no water, a guest still in the unit
• A job can't be marked done until its requirements are met, so nobody gets sent back

START AND FINISH ON SITE
• Clock in when you arrive and out when you're finished
• The office sees progress as it happens, so no one has to call and ask

TIME OFF
• Request vacation or sick days from your phone
• Follow each request until it's answered

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER
Nítida is used by cleaning and property-care companies to run their crews. You need an enrollment code from your employer to create your account — there is no public sign-up, and the app is not useful without one.

Managers, owners and inspectors work from the Nítida dashboard in a browser: scheduling, customers, properties, invoicing and payroll.
