Ratings and reviews

Stay away from any products that require this app. Older app version used to work 100%. Got a new phone and installed a new version that was usable 1/3 of the time. Today, neither the old version on my old phone, nor the new version on my new phone works. I have a lamp that is unusable and gifted the same lamp to friends who also can't use it any more. To add insult to injury, they added ads to this app, even though you already paid good money for their smart light products.

After the most recent app update, everything is broken within the app. Always get "failure!" icons on everything within the app. Makes the hardware dead useless now. Sent Aliofy a support email, and they can't fix it or don't seem to want to or care to do so. Seems like this is a common occurrence with this item (being dead after the last updates with no support).

I have no idea what happened to this app. Last update was in August. Something happened overnight. I use this daily, from time I wake up to close my eyes. Woke up one morning and everything was changed. I couldn't access anything. Troubleshooting etc. uninstalled app/reinstalled. Now it's just circling and circling when I try to add a new device. What happened?! 7/25/25- HA!! came back to write a review about the same damn thing and noticed it's exactly a yr to the date...
