Tip Calculator is a tipping bucket/rain gauge calibration calculator app designed to help technicians, laboratories, and professional users perform calibration calculations quickly, accurately, and conveniently, directly from their Android devices.
This app provides automatic calculations for funnel diameter, reading correction, funnel surface area, theoretical tip value, average actual reading, and error percentage. All processes are performed offline, without requiring an internet connection.

Tipping bucket resolution options: 0.1, 0.2, and 0.5 mm/tip
FCD volume input with a default value of 250,000 mm³
Diameter reading input table (5 data points)
Automatic correction based on standard diameter range
Automatically calculates corrected diameter
Average corrected diameter
Funnel surface area calculation using the formula 3.14 × (r²)
Calculation of theoretical tip values based on volume and resolution
Tolerance range ±5% of theoretical values
Actual tool reading table (5 data points)
Automatic calculation of actual values and error (%)
