About this app

My AIMER is the official app of the AIMER supermarket loyalty program, created for convenient access to your bonus account.

With the app, you can:

View the number of points accumulated;

Use the QR code to accrue and write off points at the checkout;

Track the history of points (crediting and writing off);

View the personal information specified during registration.

❗ Please note:

Points and history are displayed only for the last 6 months from the date of the transaction.

Registration through the app is not available.

To become a member of the loyalty program and receive a personal card, you must fill out a form at the information desk in the main store at the address:
Petropavlovsk, Zhumabaeva Street, 91.

You can also fill out the form at any AIMER supermarket, but processing in this case may take longer.

Changing or deleting personal data is carried out only by personally contacting the information desk at the same address.

After registration, you can log in to the application by entering the phone number that was entered in the questionnaire. To log in, you will need to go through SMS verification - a 4-digit confirmation code will be sent to your number.
