Avoid at all costs. Awful awful. I had over 2000 usd in air miles. They told me they expired when I knew I had a month more to use them or extend. Refused to engage in any way. They will not warn of expiry and they refuse to even discuss it. Terrible. I will not rest until I manage to get them banned from uae for harming this country's reputation like this

Very disappointing experience with Air Miles. I spent over AED 20,000 and did not receive any points. I contacted customer support a month ago and submitted all required documents, but there has been no response or resolution since then. Extremely poor service and lack of accountability.

They switched to "mobile app only" service with an app that is not working!! Car rental is not available anymore, when I try to rent a car I get a message "we are sorry, There are no cars in our web" no matter which location or date I try, it simply doesnt work for car rental. Airmiles used to be an excellent program,WHAT A PITY... since they switched to mobile app only service nothing is working... The service deteriorated completely. Support is not helpful at all
