Air miles ME is the worst loyalty program. it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, the customer service is a joke. You practically need to light a fire under them to get a response. I've reached out to them multiple times, reminding them to reply back. The whole point of a loyalty program is to earn rewards, right? Well, good luck with that here. The participating merchants are trying to rip off customers after the purchase they don't add the miles to your account.

App keeps crashing and there is no possibility to use the desktop access, so I can't book my trips!!!

Can't create a new account. After filling up all required data, and checking the policy agreement box, no any reaction when clicking "Confirm " botton.
