They switched to "mobile app only" service with an app that is not working!! Car rental is not available anymore, when I try to rent a car I get a message "we are sorry, There are no cars in our web" no matter which location or date I try, it simply doesnt work for car rental. Airmiles used to be an excellent program,WHAT A PITY... since they switched to mobile app only service nothing is working... The service deteriorated completely. Support is not helpful at all

This is a terrible app and doesn't allow any transaction. When I tried to redeem miles it asked me to update my profile. When I tried updating profile it didn't work. I contacted the chat and agent asked me to use computer for updates. It didn't work their either and after spending time and a lot of back n forth, it finally updated from 54% to 95%. I again went to the app to redeem miles and it gave me the same error. I returned to check my account and it was 54% again, back to square one.

The app is useless. When I try to reset the password, airmiles sends a link to my email ID. Once I click on the link , it opens airmiles website with no option to reset the password. It is also extremely dissapointing from HSBC to partner with airmiles and waste everyone's time. Does not even deserve 1 star!
