so bad experience i thought this app was good then i paid for 1 month subcription after they deduct money from my account in just few hours they email me that my subscription is expired . how that happen i just purchased a month subscription . dont use this app

I had a terrible experience using this app. I trusted the platform and decided to use their service, but things went completely wrong. After making a transaction, the money was deducted from my account, yet I never received what I paid for. I reached out to their customer support several times, but all I got were automated responses and no real help.

nothing about this rubbish app is transparent... all the ads say " free number" the moment you install it you can't get a number without a minimum $20 subscription... absolute nonsense.... Google voice is the only good option in this space... and maybe TextNow despite them needing you to pay for 2FA at least you get the money and can call and text for free on that app...I only need another service cause Google voice won't work when I'm abroad... and you people just blatantly lie about your offer
