Installed this app, but before activation, emailed support to ask some preliminary questions. I never got a response from them. If a company won't respond to potential customer questions about their product, the different plans and costs, trial license, or afterwards help them fix a problem, then that Developer/Company doesn't deserve the customer's business. They won't be getting mine now.

onphone support team. you guys are not active on your app, your emails are not active. I purchased a number, using the 2450 per week route. After google successfully debited me, I didn't get the number, nor a refund. I went through the app to check i didn't see anywhere to reach out to you guys. please, you people should do well to refund me.

⚠️ **Very disappointing experience** I purchased a US phone number from OnPhone specifically to use with WhatsApp, but the number was already registered to another person's WhatsApp account. This means I was given a number that was not actually usable for the purpose it was advertised for. I contacted customer support multiple times but received no response or meaningful resolution. I paid for a service and expected to receive a usable number, not a recycled number that is already being active
