Asset Inventory Management System (Offline)
*AIMS (Offline) helps your team manage assets and stock on an Android device.
REGISTER ASSETS
Keep asset codes, names, barcodes, categories and low-stock thresholds together. Identify items with the camera scanner or manual barcode entry.
RECEIVE AND DISPATCH
Record incoming stock and customer dispatches. Saved transactions update stock balances. Save or share receiving statements and delivery orders as PDF reports.
COUNT AND RECONCILE
Choose a category and record physical counts without seeing the expected balance. Saved reports compare counted items with recorded stock. Sysadmin can review and approve stock adjustments.
MONITOR YOUR INVENTORY
See daily receiving and dispatch totals, low-stock summaries, recent counts and stock variances. Export the asset list to PDF.
LOCAL USER ACCESS
Set up a local sysadmin password on first launch. Sysadmin manages categories, customers and users. Other users can maintain customers and view their own activity while working with shared inventory on the same device.
WORK LOCALLY
Inventory and local user accounts stay on your device. Inventory workflows work offline. There is no automatic inventory synchronisation between devices or cloud inventory backup. Camera permission is optional when using manual barcode entry.
FREE AND OPTIONAL PRO
Free includes up to 30 asset records and 5 categories. Optional monthly or yearly PRO subscriptions remove those record limits. All inventory workflows and PDF reports are included in both plans.
Prices and currency are displayed by Google Play for your region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal; PRO remains available through the verified paid period. After an online check confirms expiry, records above the Free limits become read-only and remain available to view and export. Renewing PRO unlocks them again. Subscription purchase and verification require internet access.
Keep appropriate records outside the app. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove locally stored inventory. PDF reports are not restorable inventory backups.
